About The Team
Certified Tech Freaks (CTF) is a FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) team founded in 2021 and located in Bedford, Indiana. We are the FIRST Robotics capstone team to our year-long youth development 4-H Club: Superior STEAM. Here we also mentor three younger FIRST LEGO League (FLL) Challenge teams, and one FLL Explore team. We help teach them lessons that we have learned from our time in FIRST.
Through our club we compete in FIRST Robotics, 4-H challenges, teach and show our community, and volunteer. You can see all of our community events here. You can also learn more about our club by going here.

2022-23 FTC Champs Jemison Division Connect Award Finalist
CTF is the 2022-2023 PowerPlay (presented by Raytheon Technologies) Indiana State Championship Inspire Award Winner. We are 1 of 2 teams in the state that advance to the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in Houston to compete with 192 other teams from 23 countries.
We are 1 of 48 teams that competed in the Franklin Division at the FTC World Championship. There, we were a Connect Award Finalist for their Division.
2022-23 State Inspire Award
CTF is the 2022-2023 PowerPlay (presented by Raytheon Technologies) Indiana State Championship Inspire Award Winner. We are 1 of 2 teams in the state that advanced to the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in Houston.
